BELGUARD® DMDMH PLUS POWDER is a unique and cost-effective preservative featuring a high level of antimicrobial activity in a wide variety of cosmetic and personal care formulations.
It is a synergistic combination of DMDM hydantoin & Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate allowing dual mode of action in inhibiting the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and moulds without the need of additional auxiliary preservatives.
BELGUARD® DMDMH PLUS POWDER can be used in the many types of cosmetic formulations, surfactants, hair care, baby products, creams, wipes & all other cosmetics and toiletries.

As preservative, up to a maximum concentration of 0.3 %w/w in household and industrial products. It is soluble in anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, alcohols, glycols, and glycol ethers.
Not allowed for oral hygiene and lip products or in preparations for children under the age of 3 except in rinse-off applications
Store in a cool dry area. Protect it from the extreme heat conditions. Tightly closed containers in dry conditions.
