BELGUARD® EHG DO

BELGUARD® EHG DO is a combination of two key ingredients namely 2-Ethyl hexyl glycerine known for its deodorant and skin property action coupled with Octenidine hydrochloride, an effective antimicrobial agent at low concentration. It has a high deodorant efficiency due to its inhibitory action both on the growth and proliferation of bacteria causing the smell, without significantly altering the natural cutaneous flora.

General Remarks

  • BELGUARD® EHG DO is a colourless liquid with a characteristic odour and well tolerated at high temperature in the range of 100°C for a short duration.
  • The recommended pH range is 3 – 10.
  • This composition is not compatible with surfactants, thickeners and colorants as these ingredients will reduce its efficacy in the final formulations.

Recommended Dosage
